We collect the following data:

• Identification data: first name, last name, email address
• Connection data: IP address, access logs, browser type
• Payment data: handled exclusively by Stripe (we store no card numbers)
• User content: 3D files uploaded to the platform

3. Purposes of processing

• Creating and managing your user account
• Providing and improving the Omniview 3D service
• Managing subscriptions and billing
• Service-related communication (transactional emails)
• Meeting legal and tax obligations

4. Legal basis

Data processing is based on performance of the contract (article 6.1.b GDPR) for providing the service, and on legitimate interest (article 6.1.f) for service improvement and security.

• Account data: kept for the duration of the subscription plus 3 years after termination
• 3D files: deleted within 30 days of account deletion
• Billing data: 10 years (accounting obligation)
• Connection logs: 12 months

• Access: obtain a copy of your personal data
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data
• Erasure: request deletion of your data
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format
• Objection: object to the processing of your data
• Restriction: request restriction of processing

8. Cookies

Omniview 3D uses only cookies strictly necessary for the service to work (authentication session, user preferences). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are set.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption, per-user data isolation (Row Level Security), and restricted access to production systems.
